You'll see these birds wandering around with their neck tucked in. Outstretched they have quite a reach. I held an injured bird and forgot about that extending neck. Much to the assistant's surprise, it reached out and tagged her on the nose from a couple of feet away. I thought it was amazing, she just reminded me to hold the bird:)
