Another lunchtime hike. Summer or winter, the scenery is always beautiful.

We were attempting to outrun a storm on foot. Probably would've been easier if I wasn't stopping to take pictures. The heavens opened about 1000 feet from the car which got us thoroughly wet, but much better than being exposed out here.

Just another beautiful day at House of Refuge beach. This is one of the last remaining house of refuge buildings and is an interesting museum. These used to be in select places along the coast to assist stranded oceangoers.
