Fortunate to live next to a preserve, I captured this heron just before sunset. He/she is perched high on a tree with a 360 view. A little while later at home, I saw it gracefully fly over heading west.
Where's the food!! This fellow joined our recent camping adventure and perused the area for crumbs and leftovers. I'd rather have crows than ants:)
It was rainy & windy day at the beach but that didn't deter these guys from enjoying dinner.
